- Stones of 0.3 carat and above also receive a grading report from an accredited Korean or international laboratory
Loss of value caused by careless wear (breakage, scratches and the like) is not covered.

How does the diamond quality guarantee work?
You can have your diamond checked by an independent accredited laboratory within 30 days of receiving your order. If it is graded lower than the report we supplied, we will exchange it for a diamond of the same grade or higher, or give you a full refund. When an exchange or refund is confirmed, Connerstone covers the full cost of the grading request.
